Path to the report: Infrastructure Building Management - Security / Keys - Reports - Room Overview of Stored Keys
This report provides an overview of all unassigned keys entered in the system. These are grouped by location, building, floor, room, and door, and listed along with their status and any notes entered.
Purpose:
To determine which keys are available for a specific room and can be issued
Note: For the report to populate, a door must be assigned to a cylinder and a room must be assigned to a door.
