Path to the report: Property Management - Leasing - Reports - Reports - Leasing Overview
This report displays the overall status of rentals for any day in the past or future based on the currently available rental data for the selected company and the selected date. This allows rental data to be reconstructed and verified at any time. The data is listed and totaled by building. Finally, a grand total of the data for the company is displayed.
The lease agreement data shown includes, among other things,
tenant and contract number,
Net base rent per unit,
Leased area,
Net rent,
investment rent,
Base rent VAT,
Gross rent,
Parking space rent and number of rented parking spaces,
Operating costs,
Flat-rate space fee,
Operating costs VAT,
Gross operating costs,
Net, gross, and VAT amounts for base rent and operating costs,
Contract type,
Start and end dates of the lease,
Security deposit,
Option information
Optionally, you can also export the report data to Excel. Make sure to select the “Data only” option.
Note: This requires that the consumer price index has been maintained.
