Path to the report: Property Management - Leasing - Reports - Reports - Lease Agreement List
This report lists all lease agreements per building, including the agreement number, tenant name, agreement type, status, start date, end date, base rent, advance payment for operating costs, flat-rate operating costs, and investment rent.
Note: If the leased parking space in the system is an outdoor area, it must be assigned to a property and a building in order to appear in the Lease Agreement List report.
Tip: In the Outdoor Areas list, filter the Properties and Buildings columns for empty entries and correct them
Note: If the rented parking space is, for example, an underground parking space in a building, it must be assigned usage type 7.4 Vehicle Parking Space or 7.5 Passenger Areas. The parking space will only appear in the report with one of these usage types.
Note: Rooms declared with usage type 7.4 or 7.5 must not have any floor area. Otherwise, they will not be counted as parking spaces.
