Path to the report: Property Management - Leasing - Reports - Leasability/Usage Status
This report provides an overview of the areas within the buildings. It totals the usable area and displays the total non-rentable area and rentable area. For rentable areas, it also provides subtotals for the primary usage statuses. The values displayed depend on the filters specified before the report is called up.
