Path to the report: Property Management - Leasing - Reports - Remaining Term of Lease Agreements
This report displays the remaining terms of lease agreements for the selected buildings in months and years. The entries are sorted first by company, then by location and building, and finally by lease agreement number. For each lease agreement, the report shows the names of the tenants, the remaining terms, and the expected total net rent for the remaining term. Finally, the weighted average remaining term is displayed in months and years.
