This report displays rent payments and advance operating cost payments by company and cost center for a selected month. Since there is typically one cost center per building, payments are generally listed by building. For each of the categories Basic Rent, Advance Operating Cost Payment, and Total, the report shows the net and gross amounts, the sales tax, the amount paid, and the outstanding amount. The report also includes totals per building, company, and the grand total of the amounts.
