Path to the report: Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Reports - Order Overview
The Order Overview is a report for which you can define the filters yourself. It lists all orders according to the filter criteria, sorts them by status, and displays their ticket numbers, execution dates, contractors, and escalation information.
Purpose:
Identifying which orders require urgent processing
Identifying the departments that are delaying the processing of the order
