This report displays the key data from the existing lease agreements and time periods.
It can be accessed in the FM Portal via the toolbar in three different data sets:
Lease Agreement (Property Management - Leasing - Lease Agreements): Displays data for the lease agreement and its periods
Period (System Control - Property Management - Leasing - Periods): Displays data for the lease agreement associated with the period and the period itself
Tenant (Property Management - Leasing - Tenants): Displays data for the tenant’s lease agreements and their periods
First, the key details of the contract are displayed: Contract number, conclusion, start, end, renewal information, purpose of lease, contract type, payment method, tenant details, security deposit information, contract-type-specific information (e.g., information on index adjustments), and the periods with the respective contract values per month (base rent, advance payments for operating costs, investment rent, flat rate, net and gross totals). Next, the data for each period is listed: start and end dates, amounts, rent rates by usage type, additional information, rented rooms and open spaces, details on the rent index, and rent in euros per square meter of net floor area.
