Path to the report: Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Maintenance Schedules
This report is available in four versions:
Buildings (Hierarchy Level 2 Selection): This report lists, for the specified year and the buildings in the selected 2nd hierarchy level, the number of recurring orders per hierarchy level and building, sorted by order type and action. It compares, on a monthly basis, the month in which the orders are scheduled to be completed (Execution Due Date) with the month in which they were actually completed (Order Completed Date). If the number of planned and completed orders for the month matches, this is indicated by a checkmark to facilitate controlling. Additionally, the average deviation of the execution date from the planned date is specified for each measure.
Measure (Hierarchy Level 2 Selection): This report lists the number of recurring orders for the specified year and the selected second-level hierarchies, broken down by hierarchy level, order type, measure, and building. It compares, on a monthly basis, the month in which the orders are scheduled to be completed (Execution Due Date) with the month in which they were actually completed (Order Completed Date). If the number of planned and executed orders in a month matches, this is indicated by a checkmark to facilitate monitoring. Additionally, the average deviation between the execution date and the planned date is shown for each measure.
Note: Due to technical limitations, retrieving reports for more than one building may take several minutes.
