Path to the report: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Floors
This report provides an overview of the employees and designated personnel on a floor. The report can display up to three safety officers, first aid responders, evacuation officers, and fire safety officers along with their respective room numbers. The employees on the floor are listed alphabetically by last name, first name, department, phone number, and room number. To make the best use of the report, the following requirements must be met:
Employees, rooms, and floors must be correctly linked to one another.
Responsible parties must be created and assigned to a room.
For the responsibilities to be displayed, the checkbox next to "Display on floor plan?" must be selected under the "Details" menu item.
An icon must be assigned to the person in charge.
The company logo must be uploaded in the company’s master data.
