Path to the report: Property Management - Budget Management - Budget Planning (Reports) - Building Budget Plan

This report evaluates the planning data for the assigned budget projects for each selected building.

The report consists of 5 sections:

The first section lists the building type, name, code, and address of the building. If uploaded, the photo of the building is displayed.

This is followed by an overview of the planned budget amounts in 5-year blocks. Additionally, a bar chart is generated that evaluates the amounts for these blocks and also displays the proportions according to the different statuses of the budget items.

Next, the budget projects for the next 5 years are listed. The budget items are grouped by budget project and year. For each budget item, the number, description, planned budget, and status are shown.

The next section provides a review of the budget projects that were completed in the previous 10 years.

The final section displays the latest comment regarding the building.
