In the Excel export report, you can customize a list according to your own specifications (e.g., filter, sort, or hide columns). The Excel export report then displays this configuration. This configuration cannot be modified later. Therefore, if you want to make changes to the report, you must create a new personalized view and delete the old report
Prerequisite
You have permissions in the Control Panel
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Custom Report Templates
Open your report record.
Delete the stored file in the Upload Template File section.
Then upload the edited Excel file in the Upload Template File section.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The Excel export report has been created and is available to all members of the authorized groups in the table.
