Reopen a billing year or object marked as completed

You can reopen a fiscal year, location, or building that has been marked as completed so that it reappears in the menu tree.

Prerequisite

The billing year, location, or building has been marked as completed
The Settlement form has been reopened since then

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Property Management - Operating Cost Settlement - Settlement

Click Show Completed Objects in the top-right menu.
Click on the year, location, or building you want to reopen.
Perform one of the following steps:

Year: In the toolbar, under Actions, click Release Year.
Location: In the toolbar, under Actions, click Unlock Location.
Building: In the toolbar, under Actions, click Unlock Building.

The billing year/location/building has been reopened and is now listed in the menu again.
