Reopen a billing year or object marked as completed

You can reopen a fiscal year, location, or building that has been marked as completed so that it appears again in the menu tree.

Prerequisite

  • The billing year, location, or building has been marked as completed

  • The Settlement form has been reopened since then

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Property Management - Operating Cost Settlement - Settlement

  1. Click Show Completed Objects in the top-right menu.

  2. Click on the year, location, or building you want to reopen.

  3. Perform one of the following steps:

  • Year: In the toolbar, under Actions, click Release Year.

  • Location: In the toolbar, under Actions, click Unlock Location.

  • Building: In the toolbar, under Actions, click Unlock Building.

The billing year/location/building has been reopened and is now listed in the menu again.
