With eTASK.Rental, you can essentially document the rental of any property. Three tables are provided for this purpose:
Rooms: The rented rooms are assigned to a specific time period in a table designed specifically for this purpose.
Open Spaces: Rented open spaces, such as green areas or parking spaces, are managed in a separate table within the time period.
Miscellaneous: The “Miscellaneous Properties” section provides space for all properties that are neither rooms nor open spaces. You can specify the name, rent, applicable VAT, area, cost center, and a separate general ledger account for the base rent.
