If you've assigned the wrong rooms to a time period, you can easily remove them using the toolbar.
Recommendation: If individual rooms are terminated from a lease agreement, create a new time period and assign only the rooms that are actually rented to it.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Property Management - Leasing - Lease Agreements
In the toolbar, click on "Remove Rooms from Period" under "Extras." The rooms assigned to the period are listed.
Select the rooms to be removed from the time period.
Click on Remove Rooms from the Period.
The selected rooms have been removed from the period.
Note: In the toolbar, under Tools, click Remove Other Objects to remove other objects from the period. Follow the same procedure as for removing rooms from the period.
