Using the Configuration Manager, you can remove allocation keys from selected rooms or close their validity periods.
Prerequisite
Room records exist
A predefined building allocation key exists
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Property Management - Operating Cost Settlement - Configuration of Operating Cost Settlement Profiles - Configuration Manager
Select the Remove Allocation Key tab.
Select the building for which you want to close the allocation key.
Select the allocation key you want to finalize.
Click Load Rooms. The rooms are displayed grouped by usage type. Use the green arrows to open and close all levels. Only the rooms that have the selected allocation key are displayed.
Select the rooms for which you want to close the selected allocation key.
Click on "Finalize Allocation Key" and confirm the prompt.
Repeat steps 2–6 to finalize additional allocation keys.
The validity period of the allocation key is closed for the selected rooms.
