The main purpose of the relocation list is to provide an overview of all the people involved and the goods affected within the relocation form. In addition, when called up from the menu, further columns can be displayed to create cross-move evaluations.

This feature group contains attributes for displaying and presenting relocation information. It includes visual elements and display options for the overview of relocation data.

| Ticket number | The ticket number of the move from the central ticket table |
| Moving name | This is the name that was given to the move |
| Sequence | Within the move, the persons and removal goods can be given a sequence for processing. This is shown here and used for sorting. |
| Details | This field allows you to enter additional information about the relocation. Here you can enter important details, comments or special requirements for the relocation process that are relevant to the planning and execution of the move. |
| Actual space | This is the space from which something is to be moved. |
| Actual workplace | This is the workstation from which something needs to be collected. |
| Actual employees | The removal goods at the pick-up location are assigned to this employee. In the case of a line relating to the employee move, this is the employee moving. |
| Target room | The room into which the removal goods are to be moved, or it is a person's new permanent room. |
| Target workstation | The removal goods or the person should be assigned to this workplace after the move. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| Target employee | In the case of a personal move, this refers to the employee who is moving, otherwise to the person to whom the removal goods are to be assigned after the move. |
| Comment | The comment stored on the removal goods or the person is displayed here. |
| Moving date | The exact date, which may differ from the actual moving day for large moves, is shown here |
| Link to the person | This column contains the link to the person's relocation record. |
| Link to communication | This column contains the link to the relocation data record of the communication |
| Link to the object | This column contains the link to the relocation data record for the property. |
| Link to free assignment | This column contains the link to the relocation data record of freely assigned objects or things. |
Additional data
This group contains additional information on the relocation process that is not included in the main categories. It contains additional details that may be relevant for complete documentation of the move.

| Object designation | In the case of a "free assignment" or "object" removal type, specifies the name of the removal goods in order to have a better overview of the goods to be transported. |
| Number of objects | For removal goods of the type "free allocation", returns the specified number to enable quick totaling. |
| Communication type | Indicates the type of communication value, e.g. e-mail, telephone, cell phone, etc. |
| Move type | This represents the type of move in this line. Personal move, object move, etc. |
| Communication value | Specifies the value of a communication that matches the type, e.g. the telephone number for the telephone type. |
| Target communication value | Specifies the new value when the communication value is changed. |
