This evaluation lists all customer users with the aim of monitoring the release mail distribution list and checking access to the customer center. Persons who belong to the company eTASK are not displayed, nor are the customer eTASK and all inactive customers. Access to the Customer Center is available if the person has entered a user name. Access is active if a password has also been assigned. There is no other way to check access to the customer center.

This group contains features for searching and filtering release mails in the controlling context. It allows you to narrow down the data displayed according to specific criteria.

Customer abbreviationThe customer abbreviation is displayed here, as it was stored for the customer.
Company codeIn contrast to the customer abbreviation, we store the abbreviation that a customer uses for themselves in the code for the company.
Company nameThe name of the company whose customer has been assigned to the customer is displayed here.
Company name Line 2Outputs line 2 of the company name, for companies with name affixes or long names.
SurnameThe surname of the person who was registered as a user for the customer.
First nameThe first name of the person registered as a user for the customer.
eMail addressThe e-mail address of the person who was registered as a user for the customer.
Release mail dispatch active?Indicates whether e-mail dispatch for the release mail has been activated for the person registered as a user.
Online accountIndicates whether the eTASK portal is hosted by eTASK and accessible online. This has an impact on the necessary access to the Customer Center, as updates and licenses are managed by eTASK.
Access customer centerIndicates whether the person has access to the customer center. This is the case if a user name has been assigned.
Access activated?Indicates whether the person has activated access to the customer center. This is the case if the person has saved a password. They had to assign this to themselves with "Forgot password".
CAFM ConsultantThe surname and first name of the CAFM consultant for the customer are displayed here.
ClientThe logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
