Important Note Regarding Microsoft Security Updates 3083186 and 3098001:
Installing these two security updates on your server changes an important path specification within the SAP Crystal Reports Engine. As a result, reports can no longer be displayed. This release fixes this issue in the SAP Crystal Reports Engine.
Please be sure to install this release if you wish to run the affected Microsoft security updates 3083186 and 3098001 on your server.
View Reports "Objects and Contracts"
Paid Feature: New View Reports for Analyzing Object-Contract Assignments
The plugin includes two view reports that clearly evaluate the assignments from both the property and contract perspectives. The view reports provide direct access to the properties or contracts, enabling immediate access to data maintenance.

Highlight: New version of the eTASK Inventory App
A new version of the eTASK Inventory App is now available in the Windows App Store. In addition to many minor optimizations and bug fixes, the new version also allows you to change the matchcode assigned to an object even after the fact. If you have enabled automatic updates on your mobile device, the app will already be updated the next time you open it.

If no values can be determined for a metric, this is now displayed as "0" instead of "N/A" as before.
eTASK.Building Diagnosis
Improvement: Improved presentation and dynamic tooltips in the "Building Budget Plan" report
The "Building Budget Plan" report has been enhanced with dynamically displayed tooltips. Additionally, the report’s formatting has been improved. The report now maintains a consistent layout even if no data is available for certain sections. It also clearly explains why certain sections (e.g., no budgets for the next 5–10 years) are not displayed.
eTASK.Cost Entry
Bug Fix: Error Message When Creating Outgoing Invoices
If two or more outgoing invoices with the same ID were created on the same day, this resulted in an error message in the FM Client. However, just as with incoming invoices, it is not possible to enter multiple outgoing invoices with the same ID on the same day. The ID and date are therefore now checked when the invoice is created, so that it is not possible to create more than one outgoing invoice with the same ID and date in the first place.
eTASK.Media Supply / Energy
Improvement: Specifying the due date for exporting invoices from eTASK.Utility Supply
In the "Settings for Tenant Invoices," you can now specify the due date for invoices exported from eTASK.Utility Supply to eTASK.Cost Recording. The due date for invoices from eTASK.Utility Supply may differ from the payment due date specified in the lease agreements. Specifying the due date for invoices from eTASK.Utility Supply in the "Tenant Invoice Settings" is mandatory so that the invoices can be exported to eTASK.Cost Accounting.
eTASK.Maintenance
New Function: New Features in the Selector for Objects in Orders and Order Plans
Since the October release, the new selector has been available for selecting objects in an order or an order plan. This has now been further optimized and offers a direct link and a "Remove button" for every object assigned to an order or an order plan. In addition, the selector’s loading times have been further optimized so that objects can be added and removed more quickly.
Improvement: Corrections in reports for maintenance plans and acceptance checks
Various minor formatting corrections have been made to the maintenance plans "Building (Building Selection)", "Building Details (Building Selection)", "Action (Hierarchy Level 2 Selection)", and the "Acceptance Inspection" report to improve their presentation.
Improvement: Improved performance when automatically triggering maintenance orders
Performance when automatically triggering maintenance orders has been significantly optimized. This has an overall positive effect on the performance of the SQL Server.
eTASK.Room Reservation
Bug fix: Room filter in the "Convenience Booking" feature of the "Meeting Room Assistant" now displays correct results again
In the "Convenience Booking" booking method of the "Meeting Room Assistant," when using the room filter starting from the "Floor" hierarchy level, not all rooms on the selected floor were displayed. This issue has been resolved. The filter now displays the correct results again.
eTASK.FM Portal
New feature: Export entire location as a CAFM-Connect file
The CAFM-Connect export is now also available directly on the location form. This allows an entire location, including its floor plan structure and the objects maintained at that location, to be exported as a CAFM-Connect file with a single click.
New feature: Assign contracts directly to objects
It is now possible by default to assign one or more contracts from Contract Management to an object. Likewise, any number of objects can be assigned to a contract. This allows you, for example, to assign an elevator maintenance contract directly to the respective elevator or to store the corresponding lease agreement for leased IT equipment. Related topic: With the paid plugin 5120, you receive two new view reports that provide you with a direct overview of contracts associated with objects. New feature: Disable "Object History" in the Dashboard
With the free plugin 5136, you can now disable the "Object History" in the "Dashboard." The Object History displays the history of all events related to objects (building services, furniture, IT equipment, etc.). At the same time, the plugin also deactivates the timer job that records events for the Object History. You can download the plugin now from the Customer Center Store (plugin type "Customize").
Bug Fix: Fix for an error in the SAP Crystal Reports Engine caused by Microsoft security updates
Microsoft security updates 3083186 and 3098001 for the .NET Framework 4.6 change an important path specification within the SAP Crystal Reports Engine. As a result, after installing the Microsoft updates on the server, no reports can be accessed in the eTASK Portal. Only a blank page is displayed. The configuration in the eTASK Portal has been adjusted to the changed path specification, so that the security updates can now be installed without any issues.
Bug fix: Date format supported when using an English-language SQL Server
Incorrect date displays no longer occur.
Paid feature: SAP import "Functional Location" including the SAP location hierarchy
"Functional Locations" are imported from SAP via the interface. A Functional Location is created as a building in eTASK. The Functional Location is imported along with its respective "parent Functional Location." Consequently, an identical area structure is automatically generated in the Property Explorer in eTASK based on the SAP location hierarchy.
Improvement: Optimized display of list connects in forms
The display of List Connects in forms has been optimized for showing longer lists. List Connects now display up to 25 single-line list entries. For multi-line list entries, a scroll bar appears. If fewer than 25 list entries are available, the height of the List Connect is automatically reduced.
Improvement: Accidental multiple saves are no longer possible
After clicking the "Save" button, it now remains grayed out until the save process is complete. This prevents multiple records from being created, for example, if the "Save" button is clicked multiple times.
