eTASK.Personnel Reporting System
Bug Fix: Issue with Printing ID Cards
In eTASK.Personnel Registration System, there was an issue with printing ID cards, which allowed invalid ID cards to be printed. This issue has now been resolved, so only valid ID cards can be printed.
Bug fix: Issue with editing registration areas
In the eTASK.Visitor Management System, there was an issue with editing registration areas for visitor and employee badges. In some cases, these could not be clicked on and therefore could not be edited or printed. This issue has now been resolved, so that editing registration areas and printing badges now works properly again.
eTASK.Operating Cost Accounting
New Feature: Payment Run Now Also Supports Credit Memos
With eTASK.Operating Cost Settlement and eTASK.Cost Entry, credit notes from outgoing invoices (e.g., the payment of the operating cost settlement) can now also be paid via the payment run. All credit notes are automatically transferred to the payment run and can be reviewed there.
New feature: New list report: Building allocation keys
eTASK.Service Charge Billing now offers a list report that displays a building’s service charges by year and allocation key. This allows you to get an overview of the current status of service charges and compare them over a period of several years.
New feature: New list report: Manual tenant billing
eTASK.Operating Cost Accounting now offers a list report that provides an overview of all manually created tenant invoices by year, cost type, and document number.
New feature: New list report: Tenant costs (invoices) by cost type
eTASK.Operating Cost Settlement now offers a new list report that provides an overview of all invoices for a tenant by year, cost type, and allocation type. This allows you to get an overview of the current status of costs and compare them over a period of several years.
New feature: New list report: Rented rooms and vacant spaces (days)
eTASK.Operating Cost Accounting now offers a list report where you can view the rental and vacancy periods for a room. Types of use are also displayed.

eTASK.Operating Cost Settlement now offers a new list report that displays a tenant’s consumption relevant to operating costs by year, cost type, and allocation type. This allows you to get an overview of the current status of consumption figures relevant to operating costs and compare them over a period of several years.

New feature: Posting journal for reliable analysis of financial data
eTASK.Cost Entry now offers a transaction journal. All transactions made in incoming invoices, outgoing invoices, lease agreements, and payment transactions are displayed here chronologically and stored over a long period of time.
New feature: New list report for creating a cash-based income statement
eTASK. Cost Entry now offers a list report that allows you to create a cash basis income statement.
New feature: Creation of a list of all overpaid incoming invoices
New feature: New table for active recurring invoices
eTASK.Cost Entry now offers two new tables that display the due dates of all active recurring invoices (incoming and outgoing invoices).

eTASK.Leasing now offers a new list report that provides an overview of all currently available spaces.

Improvement: Improvements to the "Remaining Term of Lease Agreements" report
The "Remaining Term of Lease Agreements" report in eTASK.Rental has been improved. Among other things, the displayed data is now sorted by company first, giving you a better overview of the remaining terms of your lease agreements.

New feature: Display of electricity tax on the invoice
Invoices created via eTASK.Utility Supply/Energy can now also show the portion of electricity tax.
New feature: New feature: Calculation of the base rate based on meter size
eTASK.Utility Supply/Energy can now also calculate base rates based on meter size, i.e., according to daily or annual rates.
Improvement: Issue with VAT calculation in tenant invoices
There was an issue with the calculation of VAT in tenant invoices. This error has now been resolved, so that all tenant invoices can be generated correctly. To ensure this, always enter the unit prices for the meters as net values.
eTASK.FM Portal
New feature: Notification when an invited service provider logs in to the contractor portal for the first time
The eTASK.Service Provider Portal now offers you the option to request a notification when a service provider you have invited logs in to the contractor portal for the first time. This gives you an overview of which of your service providers are actually using the contractor portal.
New feature: FM Portal: Only changed fields are saved
From now on, only fields that have been modified will be saved in the eTASK.FM Portal. This enables a faster saving process.
New feature: New list reports in employee management
The eTASK.FM portal now offers numerous new list reports in employee management, such as "Unassigned Workstations" or "Employees by Department."
New feature: Update improvements
After an update, automatic groups are now updated automatically.
New feature: Improved display in the CAFM-Connect Editor
Units can now also be displayed in the CAFM-Connect Editor, e.g., "Area [m²]".
New feature: eTASK Store
Starting now, you can purchase extensions for your FM portal via the eTASK Store in your Customer Center using plugins.
New feature: An object in the eTASK.FM portal can now have a status
You can now assign a status to an object. You can create these under System Settings.
Bug fix: Copying bank details in eTASK.Rental
There was an issue when copying bank details into a lease agreement, which resulted in the bank account not being copied. This bug has now been fixed, so the entire set of bank details can be copied into a lease agreement without any problems.
Bug fix: Issue with column filters for selection fields
The column filters for selection fields in the eTASK.FM portal were temporarily not working. This issue has now been resolved, so all filters are working properly again.
Bug fix: Issue with saving certain forms (including those in the property type) in the eTASK.FM portal
There was an issue in the eTASK.FM portal with the saving process for some forms, including the property type. This issue was resolved by extending the time window required for successful saving.
Bug fix: Issue with displaying vehicle reservations
There was an issue with the display of vehicle reservations, which caused even cars that had already been booked to appear as available for booking. This issue has now been resolved, so that only available cars are displayed as bookable.
Bug fix: Issue with displaying Outlook appointments on eTASK.InfoDisplays
There was an issue with the display of appointments saved in Outlook on eTASK.InfoDisplays, causing incorrect times to be displayed in some cases after an appointment change. This issue has now been resolved, so all appointments are displayed correctly again.
Paid Feature: New Report for Generating a Floor Plan
The eTASK.FM portal now features a new report that allows you to generate a floor plan for your buildings. The report includes an overview of all employees on a floor, their department affiliation, and the room number to which they are assigned. It also lists the floor managers (e.g., security managers).
Paid feature: New view report: Overview of resource bookings
There is now a new view report that provides an overview of resource bookings. It includes the responsible person, the room, and the time period during which the resource is needed. This view report gives you a quick overview of your responsibilities.
Improvement: CAFM-Connect Export and CAFM-Connect Editor
The CAFM-Connect Editor and the export of CAFM-Connect-compatible files have been improved in several areas.
Improvement: Default setting in the general ledger account for partial services in eTASK.Cost Entry
In eTASK.Cost Entry, the partial service of a newly created invoice is no longer preset to "UNKNOWN unknown/pre-accounting," so that if you do not want to use existing partial services, you can select the new partial service directly.
Improvement: Two blank lines in the automatically generated mailing address
There was an issue with the automatic creation of a mailing address that caused two unnecessary blank lines to be inserted. This issue has now been resolved, so the mailing address is generated correctly again.
Improvement: Improved display in the "Responsible" field in the service list
The "Responsible" field in the service list now features an improved display. After the type of responsibility is displayed, the responsible parties are listed below one another with the following parameters: Last Name, First Name, Email Address.
Improvement: Improved comment function
The eTASK.FM portal now offers an improved comment function. You can now conveniently open a selection by clicking on the "To" and "Cc" fields, from which you can directly insert people who are registered in the eTASK.FM portal. In records that are part of a workflow, the eTASK.FM portal displays the email address of the person responsible as soon as the comment is created, making it easier for you to use the comment function.
Improvement: Improved email generation in the contractor portal
The default settings for generating emails regarding orders in the eTASK.Service Provider Portal have been improved. The generated email is now even clearer.
eTASK.Inventory
New feature: Printing number ranges directly from the portal
Number ranges in eTASK.Inventory can now also be sent directly from the portal to a barcode printer.
