eTASK.Payment Transactions
Bug Fix: Issue with bulk changes in the "Payment Run Before Due Date" field
There was an issue with activating the "Payment run before due date" field outside of the individual credit memo record. This has now been resolved, so bulk changes can once again be made in this field.
Bug fix: Issue with creating SEPA transfer files in the payment run
In a payment run where multiple companies were specified, separate SEPA transfer files were generated, but these contained incorrect account details. This issue has now been resolved, so that all SEPA transfer files from payment runs are once again created correctly.

Improvement: Display of the security prompt when deleting an SAP service provider service confirmation
In the security prompt when deleting an SAP service provider service confirmation, the service confirmation was not displayed again. This security prompt has now been improved so that you are shown the service confirmation to be deleted once more.
eTASK.Operating Cost Settlement
New Feature: Statement for Operating Cost Settlement
This convenient feature allows the user to export all underlying invoices for a tenant’s operating cost settlement in a given year into a PDF.

New feature: Incoming invoices without partial services
An evaluation of all incoming invoices without partial services has been added to the eTASK.FM portal.

When assigning bank statements, the "Document Number" column is now offered as an additional criterion.

Improvement: Issue with accessing the REG-IS page
There was an issue with accessing the REG-IS page from the object type. This issue has now been resolved, so the corresponding REG-IS entry can once again be accessed without issues via the object type.
eTASK.Room Reservation
Bug fix: Issue printing the room reservation booking overview
There was an issue with printing various booking overviews in eTASK.Room Reservation. This has now been resolved, so all booking overviews can be printed without errors.
Bug fix: Setup times in room bookings
Fixed a calculation error that sometimes caused the first setup time for catering in a room booking to be shifted to the time of the last change to the booking if the setup time was subsequently modified.

The eTASK.FM portal now includes evaluation lists that simplify the analysis of various data sets.
New feature: Search list expanded to display totals
The search lists in the eTASK.FM portal can now display totals, counts, and averages per column and row.

You can now use the eTASK.FM client on an English SQL Server.
New feature: eTASK licensing system
A new timer has been created that regularly checks license usage and sends a warning when the actual license usage reaches N percent. The value for N can be adjusted via the system configuration parameter "WarningLimitPercents."
New feature: Permissions system for web services
eTASK now features a Web service API (Application Programming Interface). This API has been enhanced with a permissions system, allowing access to the API to be controlled via individual permissions.
New feature: eTASK licensing system
With this version, eTASK is implementing the extended license check for room reservations. If you have a license for a limited number of meeting rooms, your license will become invalid as soon as you exceed this number.
New feature: CAFM Connect Editor - Data validation before import
Data to be exported to the CAFM Connect Editor is now checked for completeness before the import is executed.

Bug fix: Missing comments
A bug has been fixed that sometimes prevented all comments entered in a form from being displayed.
Bug fix: Favorites in lists with total rows
The new total row feature temporarily prevented a list with this feature enabled from being added to favorites. This has now been fixed.
Improvement: Issue with the display of umlauts in filenames
There was an issue in the eTASK.FM portal with the display of umlauts in the filenames of generated reports. This has now been fixed, so all filenames are generated correctly.
Improvement: Service list redesign
The service list in the eTASK.FM portal now displays records on separate pages rather than in a single list. This has significantly increased the speed of the service list.
Improvement: Transferring Object Type Rights to Subordinate Objects
The permissions set for an object type can now be transferred to all subordinate object types under "Tools - Distribute Permissions." This eliminates the need to modify each record individually.
Improvement: Internet Explorer 11
Several display settings have been optimized to improve the use of Internet Explorer 11 in conjunction with Windows 8.1
Improvement: Auto-coding of attachments
The auto-coding of assets has been adjusted to accommodate several special cases in asset coding.
Improvement: Reports in Budget Management
The labels of the budget management reports have been standardized and made clearer.
Improvement: Object type in the object
Objects can no longer be created without an object type. While this was already not possible via the eTASK interface, it is now also prohibited for all other methods (import / direct database entry).
Improvement: Column filters for date fields
Starting with this version, date columns can be filtered. The options "before," "after," and "on" are available for this purpose.
