New feature: Combined rooms are now clearly marked
In the room booking calendar, an info icon is now displayed next to the names of merged rooms. Click this icon to see which sub-rooms make up the merged room.
New feature: Display of room blocks in the room booking calendar
If a room is blocked, it is now marked in red in the room booking calendar. Additionally, the start and end dates of the block are displayed.
New feature: Date selection for faster navigation
Do you simply want to navigate to a specific date in the room booking calendar? This is now faster than ever. To do so, use the new date selection in the room booking calendar: Select the desired date, and the room occupancy for that day will be displayed immediately.

When switching views in the room booking calendar, the previously selected date is now retained. Previously, the display would jump back to the current date.

The "Tenant Invoice" report now features the company’s standard header and footer. Additionally, the meter designation and the new advance payment have been added to the report.

New feature: Sending reports in the workflow
You can now attach reports as PDF files to outgoing emails during a step transition in a workflow. Reports that can be retrieved via the respective data record can be sent.
New feature: Extension to workflow forms
It is now possible to configure individually for each workflow role whether they are allowed to create new records via the workflow record (actions "New" and "Copy"). This ensures that no unauthorized persons create new data.
