September 2014 release with a strong focus on eTASK.Relocation Management as well as further updates to a range of eTASK products.
eTASK.Outlook Room Booking
Improvement: Recurring bookings are recognized as booked time periods
Recurring bookings created in Outlook without the eTASK.Outlook Room Booking add-in are now recognized in all eTASK applications as time periods during which the corresponding rooms cannot be booked.
eTASK.Attendance System
New feature: Requesting the activity description during standard check-in
You can now configure whether the activity description must be provided during standard check-in at a check-in terminal. To use this feature, select the "Activity description required" checkbox in the check-in terminal's data record.
eTASK.Rental
Improvement: Enhancements to the "Rental Overview" report
The report layout has been improved. Additionally, you can now export the report data to Excel to, for example, further process it there or transfer it to a third-party program via Excel.
eTASK.Room Booking Calendar
Improvement: Improvement to the daily view of the room booking calendar
The starting time for the daily view of the room booking calendar is now 12:00 AM. Previously, the time of the booking was displayed as the start time.
eTASK.Move Management
New Feature: Relocation of Other Objects Revised
The "Relocation of Other Objects" now additionally includes the fields Barcode / ID, Actual Room, Actual Workstation, and Comment. The "Relocation of Other Objects" report has been updated accordingly.
Improvement: Improved management of relocations of other objects
Relocations of other objects can now be managed within the form for a personnel relocation. This allows for clearer planning and tracking of relocations of other objects.
Improvement: Consolidation of IT equipment and furniture moves into a central inventory report
Instead of being listed in separate reports as originally intended, moves of furniture and IT equipment are now summarized in central object reports. The relevant object reports: Move List Sorted by Current Location (Objects), Move List Sorted by Destination Location (Objects).
eTASK.Maintenance
New feature: New "Acceptance Check" report
Use this report to ensure proper documentation of maintenance services. The report displays all orders with the status "Completed" for the requested time period, broken down by responsibility on the client side. This analysis is also presented graphically using a bar chart right on the first page of the report. A signature is required for each area of responsibility on the client side to confirm the completeness of the documentation.
eTASK.Room Reservation
Improvement: Lead and lag times for stationary resources are now taken into account
In both the quick and detailed booking modes, the lead and lag times of fixed resources are now also checked. It is therefore no longer possible to book rooms if the respective lead and lag times of the resources are not adhered to.
eTASK.Cleaning Management
New Feature: New Report "Price Calculation by Lot and Time Slot"
After selecting the desired start and end times as well as the buildings to be evaluated, this new report displays the room data, usage type, area, service type, floor covering, price, and the lot code for each cleaning lot and each room. Use the report to simplify the billing of cleaning services.
Improvement: Fixed display issues in the "Price Billing by Lot and Time Slot" report
eTASK.FM Portal
New feature: Assignment of budget items to outgoing invoices
In the eTASK.FM client, any budget items can now be assigned when posting partial services from outgoing invoices.
New feature: Expansion of the comment function
When adding comments to records, you now have the option to send the comment directly as an email. To do this, simply define the recipients and, optionally, the CC recipients, then click Add and Send. The original comment function remains available as well.
New feature: Menu refresh enabled
Right-click on any menu item and select "Refresh" from the context menu to reload the submenu.
New feature: Invite users to the eTASK.FM portal
The eTASK system now includes a feature that allows you to invite users to use the eTASK.FM portal. Create the employee record for the user and click on "Invite User" in the toolbar to use this new feature.
Improvement: English version of the “Workstation Utilization” report
The “Workstation Utilization” report is now also available in English.
Improvement: Service list now displays names instead of workflow roles
The "Responsible" and "Client" columns in the service list now display the names of the responsible persons and clients. Previously, the corresponding workflow role names were displayed.
