eTASK.Reminders
Bug fix: Correction of text in reminder letters
Incorrect text was displayed in reminder letters for unpaid rent, which has now been corrected.
eTASK.Outlook Room Booking
Improvement: Booking changes via Outlook Web Access improved
When an appointment is changed via Outlook Web Access, it is now also moved in the FM Portal.
Improvement: Changes to configuration parameters now take effect immediately in the add-in

eTASK.FM Procurement
New feature: Generate standard order items with a single click
In an FM order without order items, you can now create a standard order item with a single click, which adopts the data from the FM order. This speeds up the process of creating FM orders.
New feature: New features in the "Order" report
When a purchase order is generated as a report with a parent purchase order, an attachment is now automatically created for the report. This attachment lists the key data of the parent purchase order. Additionally, minor layout improvements have been made to the report.
New feature: New signature system
You can now specify whether only a single signature or an additional second signature is required for an order in the "Order" report. To this end, the "Signature Policy" section has been added to the "FM Orders" form, where you can configure the relevant settings. The "Order" report is dynamically adjusted accordingly.
New feature: Allow free-text service confirmations on free-text items
Contract service items can now be declared as free-text items. When service providers enter feedback on free-text items into your eTASK system, they can edit the contents of the Unit, Short Text, Long Text, Unit Price [€], and VAT [€] fields.
eTASK.Building Diagnosis
Improvement: Expansion of the "Building (All)" report
The "Building (All)" report, which can be accessed via the building record, has been expanded to include a section displaying all comments associated with the building.
eTASK.Agent List
New feature: App for eTASK.Emergency Call and Contact List
You can now access the emergency call and representative list using the app for eTASK.Emergency Call and Representative List on your mobile device.
eTASK.Operating Cost Statement
Bug fix: Correction of invoice display in the operating cost statement
Improvement: Revisions to the appendix for operating cost invoices
The attachment now includes the company logo, tenant information, a generally clearer layout, page numbering, and much more.
Improvement: SEPA information integrated into the operating cost statement
The SEPA data required for bank transfers and SEPA information for the tenant are now included in the "Service Charge Statement" report.
eTASK.Rental
Improvement: Vacant spaces can now be edited within time periods
It is now possible again to assign free spaces to time periods.
eTASK.Room Booking Calendar
New feature: New eTASK.Room Booking Calendar
eTASK.Room Booking Calendar has undergone a complete overhaul. Users can now select which rooms they want to view in this booking overview. This allows the booking data for multiple rooms to be viewed simultaneously. It is possible to switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views and open meeting appointments by clicking on the booking period.

The monthly view can now be opened repeatedly.

Support Information: Support for eTASK.CAD prior to eTASK 2.5 has expired
Support for eTASK.CAD for projects that have not been updated to eTASK 2.5 has hereby expired. If you would like to revitalize your CAD project, the eTASK sales team will be happy to assist you.
eTASK.Training Management
Bug fix: Participant scheduling is now working again
The transition to a new underlying technology caused errors in participant scheduling. These have now been resolved.

Improvement: Duplicate training participants eliminated
Duplicate entries for training participants in participant scheduling have been removed.
eTASK.Warranty
Improvement: Revised 2nd and 3rd defect letters
Layout improvements to the "2nd Defect Letter" and "3rd Defect Letter" reports.
eTASK.Maintenance
New feature: Feedback on maintenance work and service tickets via email
Feedback on maintenance work and service tickets is automatically imported into the FM portal when sent to the portal’s inbox, provided the corresponding feedback documents are correctly filled out and attached to the email. The respective orders are updated automatically accordingly. In eTASK.Maintenance, for example, the maintenance order is set to the "Inspection" status, and the coordinator on the client side receives a notification about the update via email.
New Feature: Integration with eTASK.Room Reservation
It is now possible to block a meeting room for an entire day when maintenance work is being performed there. To configure these settings, maintenance orders and order plans now include the "Block Meeting Room" field. Maintenance orders can be locked to prevent rescheduling. Additionally, it is possible to lock a meeting room for an entire day when maintenance work is being performed there. eTASK.Room Reservation
New feature: Desk sharing
eTASK.Room Reservation now allows you to organize desk sharing. Register workstations as desks with a single click, enabling them to be booked via eTASK.Quick Booking. All reporting and evaluation functions of eTASK.Room Reservation, such as utilization rate, can also be applied to shared desks.
New feature: Expansion of the "Description" field for beverages
The "Description" input field in the "Beverages" form has been expanded from 50 characters to 70 characters.
eTASK.FM Portal
New feature: New functions in the "Order" report

New feature: Password policy
You can now set a password policy for your FM portal. Specify the minimum and maximum length that a password for the eTASK.FM portal must have, as well as additional requirements such as special characters, uppercase letters, and where they must be placed. To do this, use the configuration parameters PASSWORDMINLENGTH, PASSWORDMAXLENGTH, and PASSWORDPOLICY.
Bug fix: Content in fields that are not visible to the user is no longer deleted
Improvement: Service list enhancement
If a user is authorized to view a ticket under "Monitored Services," the ticket is now also displayed under "Monitored Services" in the service list even if the user was assigned to the corresponding workflow role as an individual rather than through a group assignment.
