This minor release provides improvements to a range of eTASK products. The focus is on the business products.

eTASK FM Procurement
New feature: Free service confirmations on free-text items
Contract service items can now be declared as free-text items. When service providers enter feedback on free-text items into your eTASK system, they can edit the contents of the Unit, Short Text, Long Text, Unit Price [€], and VAT [€] fields.

eTASK Agent List
Improvement: Emergency call and agent list migrated to better underlying technology
With the switch to a better underlying technology, eTASK is laying the foundation for a new and improved emergency call and contact list.
eTASK Personnel Reporting System

eTASK Operating Cost Settlement
New feature: The BK invoice report must show the tenant’s advance payment as gross instead of net
New feature: Project BIOC: According to Ms. Grund, operating cost prepayments are not fully accounted for
Improvement: Revision of the appendix to operating cost statements
The appendix now features the company logo, tenant information, a generally clearer layout, page numbering, and much more.
eTASK Cost Entry
New feature: Information message when uploading a read-only PDF document to an incoming invoice
If a read-only PDF document is uploaded for an incoming invoice, it is not possible to enter a document number in the PDF document. Therefore, a corresponding message is now displayed when uploading such a PDF document.
Improvement: Creation of invoices from recurring obligations without partial payments prevented
Creating invoices from a recurring obligation is now prevented if the recurring obligation does not have any partial payments.
Improvement: Automatic insertion of the subject line for incoming invoices
If an incoming invoice is created without a subject, the creditor’s company name will now be used as the subject. This is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the invoice receipt workflow.
Improvement: Revision of the "Open Accounts Receivable" report
The report now includes dunning information (dunning level and dunning status) as well as self-explanatory column headers.
eTASK Rental
New feature: Error message when opening the Rental Overview report in the portal.
Improvement: Rental contract invoices canceled in eTASK.Cost Entry can now be edited in the rental contract
Invoices exported from a lease agreement to eTASK.Cost Entry can now be edited if the corresponding invoice has been canceled in eTASK.Cost Entry. This ensures data integrity for eTASK.Operating Cost Settlement.

eTASK Maintenance
New feature: New report "Acceptance Check"
Use this report to ensure proper documentation of maintenance services. The report displays all orders with the status "Completed" for the requested period, broken down by responsibility on the client side. This analysis is also presented graphically using a bar chart right on the first page of the report. A signature is required for each area of responsibility on the client side to confirm the completeness of the documentation.
New Feature: Canceling a maintenance order now automatically cancels all associated room bookings
If a full-day room booking was made for the maintenance period as part of a maintenance order, it is now canceled when the order is canceled.
