Important Note for Users of eTASK PropertyManagement, eTASK Rental, eTASK Cost Recording, and eTASK Operating Costs
As announced in the GoBD workshop, this release is only suitable for customers who have already completed the migration from the eTASK.FM client to the eTASK.FM portal. If you have not yet completed this migration, please refrain from installing this update.
eTASK BIM
Improvement: Faster model import and reduced storage requirements thanks to automatic compression
When publishing BIM models in the eTASK BIM Explorer, the published IFC file is now automatically transferred as a compressed IFCzip. This saves between 25 and 50 percent of data volume both during data transfer and when storing the model on the BIM server. Compression occurs both during import directly via the BIM Explorer and when publishing models via the eTASK App for Revit.
Improvement: Preselection of the most recently published phase in the Revit app
When publishing a model, the eTASK App for Revit allows you to select the phase in which the model should be published. When you republish the model, the phase selected during the last publication is now automatically preselected.
Improvement: Various improvements for using the BIM Explorer
Various functions have been added, corrected, and improved in the BIM Explorer:
Clicking in the BIM Explorer now extends the active session
The color of ceiling panels in the 2D view has been made lighter to provide better contrast with the text
Stamp texts are now displayed in either white or black based on the contrast values relative to the background to improve readability.
When switching between view modes, objects outside the active floors are no longer loaded
Objects located above the 1.80 m section plane in the 2D view can no longer be selected and therefore no longer prevent the selection of the actually visible objects located below them
Switching between display modes has been improved to reduce unexpected behavior
If objects and information are loaded later into a model that has already been expanded, their position is now correctly determined and adjusted to the floor offset.
Only stamp texts that contain content are now displayed
eTASK Cost Recording
Bug fix: Datev export of the cancellation when posting a canceled and paid invoice
When posting a canceled and already paid invoice, the payment cancellation was also exported to Datev. The procedure has been adjusted accordingly.
Bug fix: Selection of expense or revenue accounts based on use case
Due to an error, all general ledger accounts could temporarily be selected for incoming and outgoing invoices, regardless of whether they were expense or revenue accounts. We have improved and reconfigured the filters for this selection so that the general ledger accounts are now once again limited in their selection.
eTASK Media Supply / Energy
New Feature: Create Meter Reading Orders
With this new feature, you can now create orders to read the meters in your company. In doing so, you can also define the optimal routes from meter to meter and assign the order to a responsible employee.
Improvement: Copy supply areas during meter replacement
Similar to the client functions, you can now easily and conveniently transfer rooms from the supply area of the old meter to the new meter in the portal in the event of a meter replacement.
eTASK Maintenance
Improvement: Easy creation of tolerance times for maintenance order types
With the new feature, tolerance times for an order type (System Control / Technical Building Management / Maintenance / Basic Data) can be defined quickly and easily directly within the order type, without requiring in-depth knowledge of the maintenance workflow. The tolerance times define the period allowed for completing a specific workflow step, e.g., the time from acceptance to completion notification. If the tolerance time is exceeded, the order is escalated. Tolerance times are thus a central element of order control and reflect the agreed-upon service levels of maintenance management.
eTASK Room Reservation
Bug Fix: Potential Double Booking of Resources
When rescheduling a room booking in Microsoft Outlook, under certain conditions it was possible that a booked resource, which was simultaneously included in another room booking, did not result in the rescheduling being rejected or another available resource being scheduled. The resource was thus double-booked. This error has been fixed.
Bug Fix: Duplicate Catering Items in the "Catering Work Plan"
The "Catering Work Plan" report has been adjusted so that items are no longer displayed for every setup time, but only at the correctly scheduled time. The display error occurred when catering was ordered multiple times for a single room booking.
eTASK FM Portal
Bug fix: Individual sorting taken into account in Excel export
When exporting to Excel, the data to be exported is now sorted in the generated Excel list according to the user’s previous settings in the portal interface, rather than using the default sorting defined in the portal configuration.
Bug fix: Consistent start time for automated import and export interfaces
In certain situations, the start time of automated import and export interfaces could be delayed after each execution due to extended execution times. This behavior has been fixed.
Highlight: Export and import of documents with CAFM-Connect 3.0 directly in the portal
Version 3.0 of CAFM-Connect enables the storage and transfer of documents (files) based on a classification according to GEFMA 198 and in the “IFCZIP” format. The import and export of CAFM-Connect in the eTASK portal interface has now been adapted to version 3.0 and thus supports the processing of documents for the following information areas:Rooms - Documents are exported and importedObjects - Documents are exported and importedBuildings - Documents are exported
