This release has been approved by eTASK for use in production environments. You can download the release now and install it on your server.
If you are using an older release version in your production environment (dated prior to August 1, 2017), please be sure to follow the instructions in the "July 2017 Release"!
eTASK Resource Booking
Improvement: Resource booking across multiple days
Resource booking now also allows you to book resources across multiple days. Multi-day bookings can still be canceled in a single step, just as is possible with single-day bookings.

This release includes various minor bug fixes and optimizations, particularly for the commercial eTASK products.
eTASK.Outlook Room Booking
Bug Fix: Incomplete Room Selection in the Outlook Add-In
Under certain conditions, not all bookable rooms were displayed in the eTASK add-in for Microsoft Outlook. This was related to updates for Office 365 support. The add-in has been updated accordingly and now displays all bookable rooms in full again.
eTASK.Financial Planning
New Feature: New View for an Overview of Planned Maintenance Expenses
The new view report lists all planned maintenance expenses for the planning period on a monthly basis. In a separate report based on this data, the figures are presented as monthly totals.
eTASK.Cost Entry
Improvement: Financial accounting export directly from the eTASK transaction journal
As a result of GoBD testing, the export from eTASK to financial accounting systems is now performed centrally from the eTASK transaction journal. This means that the export can be performed directly within the portal and, furthermore, only needs to be carried out at a single central location for all relevant documents. The financial accounting integration has thus been significantly simplified while adhering to all GoBD requirements.
eTASK.Rental
Bug fix: Add outdoor areas to the time period
In the "Add outdoor areas to the period" function, only buildings were offered for selection, but no outdoor areas. The error has been fixed.
eTASK.FM Portal
Bug fix: Display of the Property/Object Explorer in new installations
In newly installed portals, an error message was displayed when accessing the Property and Object Explorer. The cause of this issue has been resolved.
Improvement: Sending emails from the portal directly via Office 365 without a separate mail server
It is now possible to send emails from the eTASK Portal directly via Office 365. This eliminates the need for a separate SMTP server for email delivery.
