RS2 Connector for Importing Asset Data
Paid feature: New interface to the ERP software rs2 from Ramsauer & Stürmer
Via the import interface, fixed assets from the "Ramsauer und Stürmer Version 2" (RS2) software are created in eTASK as objects eligible for inventory. Data exchange takes place via file transfer (CSV or XLSX). The import is automated via a timer job with a freely definable interval.
eTASK.BIM
New Feature: New Features for BIM Visualization in eTASK
New helpful features are now available for visualizing your BIM models in eTASK. These include, for example, "clipping," which allows you to smoothly cut through the model, giving you a view of your building from any perspective. Furthermore, BIM visualization has been expanded to include the display of dynamic stamps directly within the model. eTASK.Payment Transactions
Improvement: Automatic start of payment allocation during account statement retrieval
When retrieving account statements (account statement retrieval), payment allocation now occurs directly and automatically, without the need to click "Start automatic allocation."
eTASK.Financial Planning
Bug fix: Additional, unwanted year in property results
Under certain conditions, an additional year was displayed in the "Property Results" report before the actual 10-year planning period. The error has been fixed, so that only the 10-year planning period is now displayed again.
eTASK.Assets (Package)
Bug Fix: Incorrect calculation of the total asset code corrected
The total system code for a property was calculated incorrectly if the "Display as top node" option was selected for the associated property type. The calculation has been corrected.
eTASK.Operating Cost Settlement
Bug fix: Missing information in the operating cost statement
In operating cost statements, the "Account Number" criterion was still being used instead of the IBAN, which resulted in information not being displayed on the operating cost statement. The criterion has now been changed so that all relevant information is displayed on the operating cost statement.
eTASK.Cost Entry
Highlight: Cost Entry Now Fully Available in the Portal
With this release, the functions of eTASK.CostRecording are now fully available to you in the portal. This marks the transfer of the first of the major core modules in eTASK.PropertyManagement to the browser interface. In addition, many functions from Addresses, Contracts, Locations, and the Building Ledger that are relevant to operating costs, as well as specifications for leasing, have already been transferred to the portal. Soon, eTASK.Operating Cost Statement will also be available to you in the portal. Finally, in 2017, eTASK.Leasing will follow as the last core module to be integrated into the portal interface. The complete migration of the previous client application, eTASK.Cost Entry, into the portal not only brings a wide range of new functions and reporting options that simplify your daily work in invoice processing. For our cloud customers, this also eliminates the need for local login on the server.Note for existing customersThere are no additional costs for existing customers associated with using cost entry in the portal. However, use requires settings in the portal as well as the conversion of invoice receipt. We will inform you in more detail shortly about the possibilities offered by the new, portal-based cost entry as well as the procedure for switching over.
eTASK.ServiceTicket
Improvement: Expansion of SLA Management Service Ticket Reports
The service ticket evaluation in SLA Management (compact) has been expanded to include additional details on "Room," "Subcategory," and "Completed by."
Improvement: Change of delivery time by the service employee
When changing the "Delivery Date," the service employee can now also modify the time in addition to the date. The requester’s entries are thereby overwritten.
eTASK.Maintenance
Improvement: Processing of the confirmation cover sheet even with multi-line service text
When the service description on the confirmation cover sheet spanned multiple lines, the confirmation options were no longer read correctly. The report formatting has been optimized so that multi-line service descriptions can now be processed.
Improvement: Automatic message to sender in case of unsuccessful confirmation
The automatic email notification sent to the sender of a maintenance confirmation has been expanded to include additional "cases." The sender is now automatically notified if:1. they did not send a PDF2. they sent multiple PDFs3. the PDF could not be identified as a confirmation4. the associated ticket could not be found5. the confirmation could not be processed for technical reasons
