With this release, we are fixing a bug from the first hotfix that prevented quick bookings of meeting rooms.


In addition, we are fixing a few other minor bugs and improving some features. You can find more details in the release notes.

Bug Fix: Quick booking of meeting rooms is possible again

Due to a bug in the May 2025 Hotfix release, the quick booking feature could only be used to search for rooms; however, booking was disabled in many cases, meaning bookings could only be made via the wizard. With this hotfix, room bookings are once again possible via the quick booking feature.

Bug fix: Room locks for meeting rooms can be created again

Due to a misconfiguration, lockout times for meeting rooms could no longer be saved since the 2025.2 release. This configuration has been adjusted, and lockout times can now be set again.

Bug fix: Number of rows in lists within forms can now be selected

With the 2025.2 release, a feature was implemented to change the number of rows displayed in a list. This now also works for lists within forms if the form contains multiple such lists.

Bug fix: Workflow rights vs. portal rights corrected

In some cases, the rights of users from rights groups were prioritized over the rights granted by a workflow. This has been fixed; rights from a workflow are now once again at the top of the rights hierarchy.

Bug fix: Waiting list feature: Search requests were deleted too early

If no results are found when searching for a vehicle, workstation, meeting room, or resource because the matching items are already booked, a search request can now be initiated starting with Release 2025.2. Users then receive a notification when a sought-after item becomes available again and can use the integrated link to open the booking form with pre-filled parameters.After the message was delivered, the search request was deleted too quickly, so that the booking form often no longer received any parameters. This has been changed; search requests are now consistently deleted when the start date of the planned booking is in the past, regardless of whether a result was found in the meantime or not.

Bug Fix: Issue with importing dropdown field values resolved

In rare cases, problems could occur when importing values into selection fields if these contained a specific configuration and the import was to be performed using only a partial value that was also located at the very end of the selection. All selection fields can now be imported as usual again.

Bug fix: Dynamic tree view vs. empty dynamic characteristics in grouping

In dynamic tree views, an incorrect display occurred when a dynamic attribute was used for grouping an entry and there were empty entries for the dynamic attribute. These empty entries are now correctly displayed only once.

Bug fix: Importing data from dynamic bit field attributes works again

In rare cases, an error could occur in connection with dynamic bit field attributes, causing them to not be recognized correctly when importing a template for data updates. This behavior has been fixed.

Improvement: Longer cost center names are now possible

Cost center names can now be up to 100 characters long, instead of the previous limit of 50 characters.

Improvement: Line breaks in dynamic text fields improved

In dynamic fields of the "Text" type, the line break parameter has been improved so that it now applies not only to list views but also within the form. Check the box for line breaks to display multi-line text fields in the form. At the same time, we have standardized the height of dynamic and static text fields with line breaks.

Improvement: Employee Management: Linking Positions and Companies

Positions now have a fixed association with a company. This makes it easier to identify similar positions with the same names in large organizations. This serves to improve employee management.

Improvement: Improved date formatting in connection with Excel export/import

We have implemented a series of additional format checks to improve the handling of date fields with and without times, as well as time fields. These are now recognized more reliably and formatted correctly in the generated Excel files.
