This hotfix resolves several issues related to operating cost billing and the My eTASK app.
In addition, the hotfix includes a number of minor fixes for other issues. For further details, please refer to the release notes
eTASK.BIM
Bug Fix: Correct user entry in the data record archive when publishing from Revit via the add-in
An error has been fixed whereby, when data changes were triggered by publishing a BIM model from the Revit add-in, the correct user was not stored in the data set archive.
eTASK.Payment Transactions
Bug fix: Completion of payment run during manual transfer to the bank
A bug has been fixed that sometimes prevented payment runs from being marked as "transferred" when the CAMT file was downloaded for manual processing rather than being transferred directly to the bank.
Improvement: New ZUGFeRD format
In the latest version, ZUGFeRD invoices can now also contain an XML file in the xRechnung format. With this change, we enable the processing of this format.
eTASK.Building Control
New Feature: Integration of a Generic MQTT Connector
A generic connector has been integrated into the eTASK.FM portal, allowing sensors to be connected directly to the portal via MQTT. View sensor measurement results in real time, directly in your portal.
eTASK.Operating Cost Billing
Bug fix: Operating costs from previous years
In the July 2025 release, operating cost statements from previous years that had already been created were no longer displayed; only their previews were shown. This display issue has been resolved. The data for the created statements was available throughout and was simply not included in the display due to an error.
Bug Fix: Exporting Operating Costs
Due to an error, operating cost statements could not be exported at times. This error has been fixed.
eTASK.Cost Entry
New Feature: Preview of an xRechnung in the Inbox
A preview has been integrated that allows you to view the contents of an xRechnung in advance. You will automatically find this feature in your inbox when you receive an e-invoice of the xRechnung type.
New Feature: New Field in the Company "Delete as of Date"
In preparation for a new feature, the company is assigned a date from which it may be deleted.
Bug fix: Discount values in the posting journal
A bug has been fixed where, for invoices paid with a discount, the discount entry in the posting journal was sometimes assigned to the total invoice amount.
eTASK.Rental
Bug fix: Rental area - Assign rooms
A bug has been fixed that prevented rooms with an internal database ID less than 10 from being added to a rental period.
Bug fix: Direct costs for tenants
Due to an error, the selection fields could not be searched using text entries when entering direct costs for tenants. This issue has been resolved, and you can now search the selection fields as usual.
Improvement: Income/Surplus Statement | Sublease Agreement
Behavior related to sublease agreements in the income/surplus statement has been clarified and optimized to best support the use of different cost centers.
eTASK.Room Reservation
Bug Fix: Error Importing Locked Periods in Room Booking

The blocked period can now be specified correctly again in the import template for room blocks in Room Reservation.
eTASK.FM Portal
New Feature: Number of Rows in Lists
In the footer of each data list, you can now individually set how many rows the list should display. This also applies to lists within forms (ListConnects). To use this feature more conveniently, users can set a default in their user profile, separately for the two types of lists.
Bug fix: Dynamic attributes as groupings in tree views
A bug has been fixed where, in a tree view where an entry was grouped by a dynamic attribute, "Root" was used as the display text in the tree instead of the attribute content. With the hotfix, the attribute content is now correctly used as the name of the grouping level.
Bug Fix: Excel Update Does Not Create New Records
In some tables, importing an Excel template for data updates would create new records instead of modifying existing ones. This behavior has been fixed.
Bug fix: Completing invoice entry and forwarding for review
A behavior has been resolved where the processor of an e-invoice was not correctly identified, resulting in no workflow permissions being assigned to them after entry. As a result, the processor could not see or use the workflow buttons.
Bug fix: AutoLogin for local users
AutoLogin was unavailable for users with a local username and password due to an error. This has been fixed: AutoLogin now allows such users to log in again.
Bug Fix: HSEQ Monitoring Workflow
A bug in the workflow for monitoring (HSEQ) functions has been fixed; previously, a monitoring step could not be reached if data was unclear. The workflow plug-in does not need to be reinstalled for this fix.
Bug Fix: Update 2025.2.7004 with Default Template
Due to data content, portals installed based on the bundle template may not be able to successfully update to the May 2025 release. These issues are resolved with the hotfix.
Improvement: Update of CAMT 053 to version 001.08
A change has been implemented in the CAMT.053 format so that imported account statements are now processed with their opening balance again if the bank already provides the CAMT.053 file in the latest version.
Improvement: Bulk modification of clients in rights management
The option to modify clients via the bulk functions of a list is now available even if the list’s contents do not allow individual records to be deactivated. At the same time, client modification in rights management has been linked to the right to perform bulk modifications. Users authorized to perform bulk modifications can also modify clients in bulk.
Improvement: Menu behavior when accessing the portal from an email
If the eTASK.FM portal is opened via a link in an email or the "Share" dialog, the menu is now automatically loaded in the correct location, allowing you to continue working directly from there.
