July 2024 Release Hotfix 3
This hotfix resolves an issue with the processing of contract details, as well as an unclear behavior when searching for available meeting rooms in connection with an Exchange connection.

Improvement: Account for state-specific holidays when booking rooms

Holidays are now handled differently in room reservations than in releases prior to 2024.3. The system configuration parameter "REUSEFEIERTAGE" has been removed and no longer functions. You can now specify for each individual meeting room whether it should be bookable on holidays. A prerequisite for using this new feature is that data in the lists for ZIP codes and states is correct and that the list of holidays, including their assignment to states, has been maintained. Additionally, the buildings in which meeting rooms are located require a valid address with the correct ZIP code and city to establish the connection to the holidays. Have you not maintained this data yet? In the eTASK Customer Center, you can obtain the product 📄 Feiertage in Bundesländern IC9214 free of charge, which provides you with this data. Furthermore, the bookability of meeting rooms on weekends has been adjusted. Each meeting room now has two parameters: "Bookable on Saturday?" and "Bookable on Sunday?". These two parameters replace the system configuration parameter "REWEEKENDBOOKABLE" and now allow for more flexible configuration options. Your previous configuration is automatically translated into the three new parameters for the room; you can adjust these later.
