This release has been approved by eTASK for use in production environments. You can download the release now and install it on your server. Since the release contents are still being edited, the release changelog is currently empty. You will be able to access the changelog once the editing process is complete and the release has been approved.
eTASK BIM
Improvement: eTASK Model Requirements (EMA) developed
Based on our experience with uploading building models into our software, we have developed the so-called eTASK Model Requirements (EMA). These describe the technical requirements for the data in building models, so that subsequent work on the building model can be avoided. You can find the EMAs on our support pages.

eTASK Vehicle Booking
Bug Fix: Fixed an error when saving a new vehicle
In some cases, an error message appeared when saving a vehicle if no user was assigned. A change to the procedure now ensures that a user change is correctly recorded even if the vehicle no longer has a user.

Bug Fix: Operating Cost Year with Actual Advance Payment Can Be Created Again
An error occurred when creating an operating cost year with actual advance payment. This has been fixed.

eTASK Service Ticket
New Feature: New Work: Workstation Groups in Combination with Service Tickets
With the introduction of workstation groups in the previous release 2022.4, we have supported hybrid work in our workstation booking system: Assign people to a workstation group and let them book their flexible seat within that group. Traditional room booking can be replaced by flexible workspace usage. Workspace groups are now also supported in the Service Ticket. If an employee uses a seat in a workspace group instead of a fixed workspace, the associated building is determined from the workspace group. When this person creates a Service Ticket, the building of the Service Ticket requester is automatically assigned.
eTASK FM Portal
Bug fix: Only the username is displayed when booking a workspace
In the "Book Workstation" service, the departure date was displayed after the booker’s name. The configuration has now been changed so that users are not shown any information beyond their own name when booking a workstation.

Improvement: New feature to prevent multiple edits of forms
We offer a new feature that reserves individual records for the user after they are opened. During this preset time period, other users can open the record in read-only mode but cannot make any changes. This feature is disabled by default for your system. However, you can enable it in the System Control Panel via the RECORDLOCKTIMEOUT configuration parameter and set the time interval for record reservation.
Improvement: Outgoing Invoice Document Improved
We have made some changes to the Outgoing Invoice report to reduce the number of instances where a second blank page is displayed when retrieving the report.

Support Information: We support SQL Server 2022
We now also support SQL Server 2022 in terms of our system requirements for Database Portal. You can view this and all other technical requirements in our 📄 Systemvoraussetzungen IC1051 .
Support Information: Email Retrieval with Modern Authentication
Since Microsoft disabled Basic Authentication as of October 1, 2022, the FM Portal now uses Modern Authentication. We informed you about this in our customer email dated October 26, 2022. You may need to reconfigure email retrieval, specifically if you retrieve emails from Microsoft Azure in the portal. The linked article from the Support Center will help you with this. We have already implemented these changes for Cloud customers.
