eTASK.Payment Transactions
Improvement: Better search and performance in the new view for payment assignments
The list of payment assignments (in the menu under "Property Management - Payment Transactions - Payment Assignments") has now been created as a view. Compared to the previous table, the view offers new filtering options as well as improved performance when handling large volumes of data.
eTASK.Cost Entry
Bug fix: Correction to DATEV export
If the same financial accounting account was used by multiple general ledger accounts, this could result in redundant posting lines being generated in the DATEV export. The issue has been resolved.
eTASK.Service Ticket
New feature: Determine service location in outdoor areas using OpenStreetMap
OpenStreetMap map data has been integrated into the service ticket. For service requests in outdoor areas, the service location can now be displayed directly by the end user on the map by placing a pin. The user’s location is determined via “geolocation,” i.e., through the browser’s location detection. If geolocation is blocked by IT or declined by the user, a fixed coordinate can be entered in the portal as the starting point.
eTASK.FM Portal
Bug Fix: Error when updating automatic groups
Due to an error in the update of automatic groups, the standard group "STD-AUTO" was no longer assigned any buildings, among other issues. Additionally, unlicensed menu items became visible to users who were not members of the administrator group. The issues with updating automatic groups have been resolved with this hotfix.
Improvement: Expansion of document import to GEFMA 198 via CAFM-Connect
When importing documents from IFC files generated in accordance with CAFM-Connect Version 3.0, the values for "Description," "Confidentiality Level," and "Status" are now also transferred to eTASK. The English IFC selection values for "Confidentiality Level" and "Status" are displayed in eTASK as German translations.
