If you do not wish to accept or approve the service ticket for processing, you can reject it. You must explain the reason for the rejection in a comment on the service ticket.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Open the service ticket via the link in the email or via the service list on the FM Portal homepage.
Click on Workflow in the service ticket’s toolbar and select Reject, or use the Reject button in the Approval Status section.
