You can manage all reporting terminals that are used in your reporting systems via this list. Enter identification data and relevant data for communication between the FM portal and the reporting terminal. Also specify which reader and which printer is connected to the reporting terminal.

| Windows display | Selection of the Windows display, which serves as the message terminal. |
| Name | Enter the full name of the registration terminal here. This is used to uniquely identify the device in the person registration system and is important for the correct allocation of visitor registrations. A precise designation makes it easier to manage and keep track of the terminals used. |
| Registration type | Selection of the type of login terminal. "Info logon", "Point logon" and "Standard logon" influence the display of the logon screen. If it is a print terminal in the assigned reporting system, the value "Print terminal" must be selected. |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
Notification area Information
This group contains information on the reporting area of a terminal, such as the assigned cost center or department. The data is used for the organizational assignment and management of the devices.
