If a meeting room is reserved, you can register external visitors through the system. To do this, you can use the link in the confirmation email, which takes you directly to the reservation, or register the visitors directly in the portal.
You have reserved a meeting room for the planned visit.
You have received the confirmation email sent by the system.
You can access the menu item via the entry in the service list Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Room Reservation - Booking Overview
Click on "Show Bookings."
Select the desired booking from the list view by clicking on it.
Click on "Edit Booking" in the toolbar.
Click on "Visitor to Meeting."
5. In the Visitor List (Open Visitors) section, click New...
Fill in at least the required fields: Arrival, Visitor's First Name, and Visitor's Last Name.
Click Save in the toolbar.
Tip: You can also find all created visitor records in the Visitor List (General Visitors) under Infrastructure Building Management - Room Reservation - Visitor Management.
The record has been successfully created and is assigned to the meeting.
