| Internal ID (Data ID) | Unique identification number of the data record within the application. |
| Traffic light | Colored status information on the data quality and completeness of the menu item, area or feature. See the corresponding note for further details. |
| Traffic light hint | Detailed explanation of the traffic light color with instructions for solving problems with red or yellow traffic lights. |
| Product number(s) | Assigned product numbers. This information is only displayed correctly on the pm system. |
| Products Name(s) | Assigned product names. This information is only displayed correctly on the pm system. |
| Menu path | Full path of the menu item in the eTASK menu tree, e.g. "Control Panel/Portal Options/Metadata". |
| Menu item | Name of the menu item as it is displayed in the portal. |
| Menu item Description | Technical description of the menu item that explains its purpose and use to the user. |
| Range | Name of the info area within the form. |
| Area Description | Technical description of the info area that explains the purpose and content of the area to the user. |
| Feature | Name of the feature (field) in the form. |
| Feature Description | Technical description of the feature as tooltip text that explains the purpose and use to the user. |
| Area type | Technical type of the area (e.g. standard area, list area, action area). |
| Control type | Technical type of the control element used to display the feature (e.g. text field, dropdown, checkbox). |
| DB table name | Name of the underlying database table. The link takes you directly to the table configuration. |
| Primary key Table | Target table for foreign key relationships to which the characteristic refers. |
| Table sequence | Sort position of the menu item within the menu tree. |
| Sequence area | Sort position of the area within the form. |
| Feature Sequence | Sort position of the feature within the area in the form. |
| Canceled? | Indicates whether the menu item is marked as obsolete and intended for future removal. |
