| Property | Description |
| Object barcode | Specification of the object barcode. |
| Object ref. | Specification of the object designation. |
| Matchcode | Specification of the matchcode. |
| Inventory date | Indication of the date on which the inventory was carried out (DD.MM.YYYY). |
| Carried out by | Indication of the person who carried out the inventory. |
| New room | In the event of a room change, specify the new room. |
| Old room | In the event of a room change, specify the new room. |
| Room change | Specification of the date on which the room was changed (DD.MM.YYYY). |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |

This area displays additional fields that can be used via the export to Excel.

| Action | Indication of the action that was carried out during the last inventory (e.g. "Change"). |
| Users | Specifies the user whose user account was used to make the change. |
