Recalculate budget values

When you enter new budget values for a budget project, the total values for Planned Budget [€, net], Estimated Costs [€, net], and Actual Costs to Date [€, net] are not automatically recalculated in the budget project or the budget item. Use the function described here to update the budget values.

Procedure in the FM Portal

1. Open one of the following tables:

   1. Budget Projects: Property Management - Budget Management - Budget Projects

   2. Budget Items/Project Measures: Property Management - Budget Management - Budget Items/Project Measures

   3. Annual Budgets: Property Management - Budget Management - Annual Budgets

   4. Annual Distribution of Budget Amounts: System Control - Property Management - Budget Management - Annual Distribution of Budget Amounts

2. Open any record belonging to the budget project whose values you want to recalculate.

3. Click Tools - Recalculate Budget Values in the toolbar.

The updated budget amounts are displayed.
