Reasons why a room cannot be found

If you want to book a specific room and can't find it after filtering, there may be several reasons for this:

  • The room is unavailable during the desired time period.

  • The room is already booked.

  • The setup times for the room overlap with a booking before and/or after it.

  • You are trying to book on a weekend, and the room cannot be booked on weekends.

  • The room is an exclusive room and can only be booked by the room manager.
