Application logs

Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Administration - Event Logs - Application Log

Application logs are used to identify problems and record specific messages from the FM Portal:

  • Error messages

  • Detailed information about the performance of the FM Portal

  • Debugging information for troubleshooting

Note: Which messages are logged depends on the value of the configuration parameter “Logging Level” (Logging). You can find an explanation in the configuration note there.
