Property management in eTASK provides the foundation for your CAFM. Use it to manage the floor space of your properties. In addition to covered areas, this can also include open spaces such as parking lots or green spaces. Properties are managed via the Property Explorer or Property Register.
The FM Portal requires the following structure:
First, a property must be created, followed by the building, and finally the floors with the rooms.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre
Select the appropriate level (e.g., the Floor list)
Click New in the toolbar.
Enter the desired information for the property element.
Then click Save.
Tip: If you want to create a large number of objects, use the Excel Import
function. You will need administrator rights to do this.
