| Traffic light | The traffic light provides a quick overview of the data fill level of the respective field. Green: 100% |
| Note | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Profile | Specification of the profile whose specifications are evaluated for the building. |
| Building | Specification of the building. |
| Total number | Total number of fields to be filled. |
| Quantity filled | Number of mandatory fields filled in. |
| Number not filled | Number of unfilled fields. |
| Data fill level [%] | Specification of the data fill level as a percentage. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
