| Property | Description |
| Traffic light | The traffic light provides a quick overview of the data fill level of the respective field. Green: 100% |
| Note | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Profile | Specification of the profile. |
| Building | Specification of the building. |
| Data type | Specification of the data type ("document"). |
| Document type | Specification of the document type (e.g. "Building permit"). |
| Form/Table | Specification of the form or table. |
| Total number of documents | Total number of documents to be deposited. |
| Documents available | Number of existing documents. |
| Missing documents | Number of missing documents. |
| Data fill level [%] | Specification of the data fill level as a percentage. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |

This area displays additional fields that can be used via the export to Excel.
