Overview of all mandatory fields in your BIM profiles with validation of technical availability. The evaluation differentiates between native FM form fields and object type characteristics. The traffic light color shows you the status: Red indicates missing object type characteristics in the database, which you must subsequently create for the object type. This evaluation has a client filter that relates to the profiles.
List
This group contains characteristics that represent a list or enumeration of elements. It enables the structured recording of several related values within the profile.

| Note | Status message for validating the mandatory field. Shows you whether the characteristic has been created correctly in the database. |
| Profile | BIM profile to which the mandatory field is assigned. |
| Mandatory field Type | Classification of the feature as a native FM form field or object type feature. |
| Table | Form or table in which the mandatory field is defined. |
| Object type | Object type to which the characteristic is assigned (only for object type characteristics). |
| Column | Name of the feature or data column in the database. |
| eTASK Type | Category of the feature within the eTASK data structure. |
| Data type | Technical data type of the characteristic (e.g. text, number, date). |
| Unit of measure | Assigned unit of measure for numerical values (e.g. m², kg, €). |
| Table (technical) | Technical table name in the database for developers and administrators. |
| Column (technical) | Technical column name in the database for developers and administrators. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |

| Object type Attribute Label ID | System-internal ID for the designation of the object type attribute. |
| Unit of measure | Unique identifier of the unit of measure used for this profile. This ID links the profile to the corresponding unit of measure and enables precise quantification of the recorded data. Correct assignment is crucial for data integrity and evaluation. |
| Table20 Attribute GUID | Globally unique identifier (GUID) of the table20 attribute, assigned by the system. |
| Object type attribute GUID | Globally unique identifier (GUID) of the object type attribute, assigned by the system. |
| Object type Attribute Data type ID | System-internal ID for the data type of the object type attribute. |
| Object type ID | System-internal ID of the object type for unique identification. |
| ProfileID | System-internal ID of the BIM profile for unique identification. |
