Product status

This evaluation provides an overview of the status of all products with regard to the question of whether they are in use at all, whether there are current prices for them and whether other key data for the product is ok. More detailed information for each product can be found in the traffic light indicator column. Products that have already been deactivated are no longer included in the evaluation.

Search

This group contains search criteria and filters for the product status view. It allows the user to search for specific products or status values and narrow down the results.

Property	Description
Traffic light	Coloured display (red, yellow, green) to easily visualize the condition of the product. More detailed information can be found in the barrier-free "traffic light information".
Note	The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular.
Product number	The four-digit number of the product for this line of the evaluation.
Product name	The official name of the product when communicating with customers
Status	The status of the product in this line. The traffic light is yellow for discontinued products.
Exclusively for	Indicates for which customer this product was exclusively registered. If the customer is no longer active, the traffic light turns red.
Account active	Indicates whether the account of the customer for whom the product was exclusively registered is still active. If not, the traffic light is displayed in red.
Product Owner	Shows the name of the product owner for this product. This person is responsible for decisions regarding the product. If the product owner has left or no product owner has been entered, the traffic light is displayed in red.
Included in suites	Shows the number of suite products in which this product is included. This has an influence on the consideration of the product, as licenses may only be issued for the suite, but not for the product.
Valid licenses	Returns the number of licenses valid today for this product, ignoring all licenses issued for the customer "13011 | eTASK Immobilien Software GmbH". These usually include sandboxes or self-used systems. Products without valid licenses lead to a yellow traffic light.
valid prices	Indicates whether there are valid prices for this product today. Products without valid prices lead to a yellow traffic light.
Missing product price numbers	Indicates for how many of the valid prices there is no product price number for the comparison with services.etask.de (odoo). Products with missing product price numbers lead to a yellow traffic light.
Main product number	Indicates whether this product belongs to a main product that must also be licensed.
Main product name	The name of the main product.
Main product status	The status of the main product. Discontinued main products lead to a red traffic light for the products assigned to you.
