The work confirmation already exists
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: In the email containing information about an order available to you, click the link provided
In the Service Confirmations section, click the Edit icon next to the confirmation you want to edit. A window for editing the service confirmation opens.
Edit the service confirmation and click Save.
The service confirmation is displayed in the Service Confirmations information area with the latest updates.
