In certain cases, it may be advisable to prevent rooms from sending emails to bookers, for example:
For rooms requiring approval: If emails are not blocked, the booker receives an email from both Exchange and the FM portal, but only the FM portal contains the information that the booking must first be approved. An immediate positive response from the room requiring approval gives the false impression that the room has been successfully booked.
If the booking falls below the minimum duration: Without blocked emails, the booker receives an automatic rejection from the room and a notification from the FM portal, but only the email from the FM portal contains the information explaining why the room could not be booked.
By blocking certain emails, you can prevent confusion and a flood of emails.
