To easily import eTASK journal entries generated via the financial accounting export into DATEV, simply import the template provided by eTASK into DATEV.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Interfaces - DATEV - Format Template: Posting Record Import
The file “eTASK_Buchungsstapel.zip” is saved in your browser’s download folder.
Unzip this file.
Start DATEV.
Launch the “Accounting” program.
In the Accounting menu, under “Preparatory Activities,” click on “Import ASCII Data.” A new window will open.
In the Format Selection section, open the Format Management dropdown list. Select the Import Format option.
Select the file “eTASK GmbH-mit Festschreibekennzeichen.xml” that was extracted from the ZIP archive.
The format template is saved under Transaction Data - Financial Accounting - Posting Batches. You can now import exported eTASK data via the Financial Accounting Export.
