To ensure that cleaning prices for individual rooms and cleaning lots are calculated correctly, settings must be configured for the rooms (to determine what is cleaned and how much of it) and for the companies (to determine the price per cleaning unit).

Procedure in the FM Portal
Create a new building allocation key under Control Panel - Property Management - Operating Cost Settlement - Operating Cost Settlement Profiles - Allocation Keys - Building Allocation Keys. Create building allocation keySee "Create building allocation key".
Under Control Panel - Property Management - Operating Cost Settlement - Operating Cost Settlement Profiles - Configuration Manager, assign the apportionment key to the corresponding rooms. Add apportionment key to rooms See "Add apportionment key to rooms".
Create a new assignment of allocation keys to reference values (Control Panel - Infrastructure Building Management - Cleaning Management - Reference Values Allocation Keys). Select the building containing the rooms, the allocation key you just created, and the corresponding reference value.
Enter the cleaning price for the cleaning service for the cleaning company that handles the relevant cleaning lot (Control Panel - Infrastructure Building Management - Cleaning Management - Company Prices).
The lot calculation can now be performed.
